• Report the hazard or any unsafe working conditions to your employer.
• Go to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) if the employer doesn't respond to alleviate the unsafe working condition.
• You have the right to speak up. OSHA has a program that can protect your information where you can file a complaint anonymously.
• If the employer decides to take disciplinary action against you, contact the union, the union has the right to file a grievance to get your job back.
